Suggestions on self employed jobs with good making potential?

I have always been self employed(home based day care) for the past ten yrs. Although it brings good money, Im tired of this and think its time to move on to something else. Any ideas?
In home care for seniors is a huge and growing business. Licensing and competion with large agencies can be tough, but once you get going, it can really take off.
Look into franchises and find out what you really enjoy, then go for it.
