What are some good ideas for a home based business?

I have a two month old. I would love to work but I don’t want anyone else watching her. I want to be the one with her all the time. Are there any good ideas for a home based business that don’t require school or a lot of training? Any moms or dads that work from home.

Turn anything your good at into a business. Child minding, craft, event management, cooking etc

You can start up a website and sell products from it. You can become a seller on eBay. Whatever you want to do from home, the best bet is probably something that has to do with the internet. Even if you were to make baskets or crafts or food, you might be able to sell some of those things online.

Try an online consignment. Folks bring you things to sell, you place them on Ebay or online auctions for them. They get a percentage and you get a percentage. The other thing you might wish to consider is having a private day-care. Contact your state for requirements of having a licensed daycare. It is simple and a good way to make added income. Good for you for putting motherhood first. I promise, you won’t regret it. Ten years from now you won’t remember what you didn’t have, but you will remember the moments spent with your child. They grow up so fast. Good luck dear.

I think the easiest to get into is selling on Ebay. Plus, you can start with selling things around your house as practice, then expand later as you daughter gets older. You can generate a pretty decent income this way.
