Yes there are free ways to create website. You can use http://www.blogger.com to create your blogs for free. But if you really serious about your business then i would suggest you to book your domain name and host it with good company for atleast two years to get moving fast.
As we all know free things have some disadvantage also so i would suggest you to register your own domain and host it for atleast two years since Search engines not give much weightage to website that are booked for one years.
There’s loads of free web space, but you’ll be using someone else’s domain name, ie: geocities.com.
