I am conteplating quitting my full time school bus driving job and go full time mommy, what are pros and cons?

Right now my husband has a pretty decent job and most of my money goes to Daycare. I have had to work other jobs on top of my full time job just for money to spend on kids, we have 3. I also have my own home based business that is booming. I am looking for pros and cons on both working and not. I am not sure how to make this work.

Just out of curiosity, what home based business are you in? I was doing both home daycare and working part time outside of the home 6 days per week. I found that I was stressed out and tired. Since I have quit the P/T job my patience level with my children has vastly increased and I feel so much better knowing that I am there to help my oldest with homework and spend more quality time with my kids.
I also have just started up with a home based business so I am hoping that things will work out with that.
My children seem more well adjusted now that I am home with them. Basically right now it seems as though you are working to pay a sitter and paying for the privilege to get out of the house. My opinion is that it is going to be far more beneficial in the long run to be home with my children while they are young.

You seem to have answered your own question. Your home based business is booking and your husband provides another income, so why have your children raised by strangers? Nothing can replace the love, care, and nurturing of a mother. You may be working simply to pay the day care center, and from what you say, your income will not decline appreciably if you quit working ans stay home and raise your children.

    Hi
May I ask what your Home Base Business Job is?
If your Home Base Business is booming it seems like if you had more time to devote to that it would increase your money flow so that you wouldn’t have to drive the school bus or pay daycare.
