What is a good home-based service business with low startup capital?

I’m thinking about starting up a home-based service business but I am unsure what would be a good business. If you know of any proven businesses that you or someone you know started that would definitely help. I’m also looking for really unique ideas that most people wouldn’t think of.

My husband and I have an online/offline retail business that might work for you. I can’t give you details here since it’s against the rules of this site but send me an email or check out my profile if you’d like more information.

Obviously E-bay. But if you look around there a lot of scams. Be sure and triple verify everything. Check the better business bureau, google the business, and finally go with gut instinct. It’s really hard to advise you in a path not knowing any of your personal interests.

I started my business by investing in real estate and re selling it on eBay. Capital required was under $1,000. That’s how I got started. 🙂

You may think this is silly but there are guys who sell it too. What I am talking about is Tupperware. Doesn’t take much to get started. Everyone knows it and wants it. Not only do you receive a commission on what you sell but bonuses on your sales at the end of the month. They award you with trips, vehicles, cash, etc. I’m just starting out but one lady only 2 hours away from me MADE over $12,000 last month. A group just got back from a trip to Italy that Tupperware paid for. Another group of ladies here will be getting brand new cars free and clear later this year. You don’t have to do parties. You will make more money if you do but there are lots of ways you can market your business. One way is you can set up your own Tupperware website and get people to go there where they can look at the product and even order it. If you have questions or want more info contact me via my website http://www.my.tupperware.ca/TracyY

Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind…what’s your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing?

My wife and I enjoy doing network marketing. It’s the cheapest and easiest way to start your own business and start making money immediately. The key is to find a company that is established, well endorsed, has a good product or service and a need in the marketplace. You don’t want to get into some fad where you have to purchase a lot of supplies and then try to sell it all. If you’d like to hear more about the New York stock exchange company we work with, give me a call at 573-819-9817. Good luck!

    Hello,

I just started a home based business recently, and I am very excited about the potential. I have never done anything remotely like this, and honestly was not even looking. I have a full time job as a Business Systems Analyst, with a large company, but I have no time freedom. I am doing this on a very spare time basis.

This company was established 35 years ago, it is publicly traded on the NYSE. The stock history and current price are solid. There is no inventory to purchase, and the startup cost is very low. The tax benefits far outweigh the cost.

It may or not be for you, but if you are interested, send me an e-mail with your contact information, and I will send you more details.

    Best regards,

    Renee
