Can i counter charge fals accusation in criminal court?

Hi everyone…
Feb 00) He took advantage of my need (to get myself employed) and had me to sign his franchise hot dog business agreement for 10 years plus another 10 years option to review (while it took almost 3 years to discover that his lease agreement with the company where I was assigned to sale hot dogs was based on monthly payment) and that cost me to lose my hot dog business when the same company had decided to replace me with my own helper as a result of (bribery / back stabbing) on Oct 02.
Nov 02) The mentioned above company ex-manager had called my franchise owner by phone and urged him to drive his car all the way from Kingston in Ottawa to Toronto and gave my hot dog cart pad lock key (which was given to him by my helper) to tow away my hot dog cart back to Kingston where the franchise owner (workshop & office & home) is located with out my knowledge in order to a) avoid being charged for his bogus franchise agreement. b) To let the campany to get read of me as fast as possible so my helper could own my hot dog business with out paying me a dim.
Feb 12) Sending (not threatening e-mails) to my franchise owner every now & then asking him to cover the damages that his dishonesty (had cost me to lose my source of income) made him to report me to police as (threat) so I was kept in jail from Feb 13 to Feb 22 and then I was released on bail until his criminal hurrassment claim was tossed out of court on July 23ed –12 and the crown set me free with out trial. so …
a)do I have the right to counter charge?
b)If I cannot claim cash in in criminal case then can counter charge put the plaitiff in jail at least as many days as i was? Thank you

Judging by your apparent lack of literacy, this all started because you didn’t read or understand the contract you signed. The fact that you spent 9 days in custody on your "false" threatening charge tells me that you must already have a serious criminal record.

Anyway, if you have the evidence to support it, you should address your matter in civil court by suing rather than in criminal court. The criminal courts are not there to address financial wrongs (although they sometimes order restitution). But you are looking for damages as well as costs and lost income and the proper place for that is in the civil courts. If your claim is no more than $25,000, consider Small Claims court. You will save a lot of money on legal fees.
